Keep Bathhouse Philadelphia's pool and sauna areas clean, dry, and safe through the day and evening while answering guest questions on the floor.

Tehtävät

  • Walk the sauna, steam, and pool amenities regularly to keep the space immaculate.
  • Squeegee floors and keep walkways dry, clear, and slip-free for guest safety.
  • Collect used towels, water bottles, and guest items and restock the amenity areas.
  • Answer guest questions about Bathhouse offerings with warmth and discretion.
  • Report maintenance and functionality concerns to the Facilities team as service tickets.

Odotamme

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer-service experience; hospitality, wellness, or spa settings preferred.
  • Comfortable with light cleaning in guest-facing wet areas and standing or squeegeeing for long periods.
  • Willingness to obtain Adult CPR and First Aid certification, with training support provided.
  • Flexible availability across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
