- Handle Basin reservations, phone and email inquiries, and voicemail follow-up.
- Guide guests through hotel services and facility amenities while meeting booking goals.
- Generate and audit daily reports, maintain reservation records, and support facility attendants and lounge servers during peak periods.
Odotamme
- Reservations or sales experience is an asset.
- Experience with Opera PMS, a central reservations system, or Book4Time is an asset.
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills plus availability for varied shifts and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Palkkaus ja edut
CAD $20.63 / hour + $500 signing bonus after 30 days- $500 incentive bonus payable after completing 30 days.
- Permanent full-time role in Basin Glacial Waters starting June 2026.
