Handle reservations and guest questions for every AIRE bathhouse worldwide from the Tenerife contact centre, on a permanent 32-hour contract.

Tehtävät

  • Provide customer service by email, chat and phone.
  • Manage individual and group reservations for all AIRE centres internationally.
  • Resolve and follow up on customer queries and issues.

Odotamme

  • Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
  • Customer-oriented, with strong communication and commercial skills; organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Full training is provided.

Palkkaus ja edut

14 968 € / year (32 hours a week)
  • Permanent contract, 32 hours a week, 100% on-site at the Santa Cruz de Tenerife contact centre (1-month trial period).
  • Two weekends off per month and three days off per week.
  • Sunday bonus €15.33/day, public-holiday bonus €44.01/day, transport bonus (00:00–06:00) €6.56/day and night bonus (22:00–06:00) €1.96/hour.
  • Average of 40 holiday days, referral programme, 30% off all AIRE experiences and an employee discount on private health insurance.
