Lead AIRE Ancient Baths' global digital-acquisition strategy across paid, organic, direct, SEO, and generative-search channels.

- Set the global acquisition strategy, channel mix, budget allocation, measurement framework, and market adaptations.
- Oversee paid media, SEO, GEO, agency relationships, attribution, and conversion-focused experimentation.
- Identify and scale new acquisition sources while reporting CAC, ROAS, traffic, conversion, and booking performance.
Odotamme
- Four to six years in digital acquisition with measurable CAC, ROAS, or conversion results.
- Experience managing at least €700,000 per year in advertising investment.
- Fluent Spanish and English plus hands-on paid-media, analytics, SEO, and GEO expertise.
Palkkaus ja edut
Compensation not publicly listed (EUR)- Permanent contract with a performance-based bonus scheme.
