- Own financial planning, reporting, forecasting, controls, and business-partner support for North American operations.
- Lead cost accounting, bills of material, inventory analysis, and manufacturing-performance insight.
- Partner with supply chain and operating leaders on margins, capital, working capital, and growth decisions.

- Eight or more years of progressive finance experience plus a relevant degree.
- Manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory, and FP&A depth.
- Leadership ability across a multi-site sauna manufacturing business.
