Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist
Lead safety, environmental compliance, training, and risk reduction for Sauna360 manufacturing in Cokato and a second Pennsylvania site.

- Maintain EHS programs, audits, incident response, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Train employees and partner with manufacturing leaders on safer processes and corrective actions.
- Support Cokato and Milton operations with about 10% travel between sites.

- Working knowledge of OSHA and related regulatory requirements.
- Ability to influence shop-floor teams and verify U.S. work eligibility.
