Help lead housekeeping in the female locker room at AIRE Ancient Baths New York — keeping the locker areas immaculate and stocked, running laundry to standard, and acting as the department's point of contact when the manager is away.

Tehtävät

  • Make sure the team follows AIRE's service standards, protocols and appearance guidelines.
  • Oversee guest comfort in the locker areas, keeping them clean, organised and fully stocked.
  • Resolve guest concerns or incidents escalated by team members.
  • Oversee in-house laundry and check external laundry deliveries against quality standards.
  • Monitor cleaning products, tools and supplies, and supervise inventory.
  • Act as the department's operational point of contact in the manager's absence, and support scheduling and coverage.

Odotamme

  • Supervisory or lead experience in housekeeping, spa or hospitality operations.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, organisation and guest care.
