Own new Telos sauna and ice-bath products from first sketch through prototype, supplier liaison, manufacturing notes, and final specification.

- Develop a smaller indoor ice bath and a four-person hinoki sauna cabin.
- Work with the atelier team to resolve prototype and manufacturability questions.
- Create hand sketches and parametric CAD and coordinate details with heater, chiller, and component suppliers.
Odotamme
- At least five years designing physical products manufactured at scale.
- Experience spanning timber, metal, and electrical components is preferred.
- Fluency in Rhino, Fusion, or another parametric design tool.
- Portfolio showing disciplined product judgment and comfort working with suppliers, makers, and customers.
Palkkaus ja edut
GBP £50,000–£65,000 per year plus profit share- Profit share.
- Ownership of long-cycle sauna and cold-plunge product development.
- Atelier-based work with a minimum of three on-site days.
