KUDOCHI is hiring a contract store manager for its high-end private-sauna venue in Akasaka, with a six-month contract period and a path to permanent employment.
Tehtävät
- Maintain facility quality across private sauna rooms, changing areas, wet areas, and the full store.
- Manage shifts, training, and day-to-day work for approximately 15 part-time staff.
- Manage amenity inventory and ordering plus promotions, signage, merchandise, and collaborations.
Odotamme
- Strong interest in sauna and experience as a team leader or manager.
- Facility, public-bath, hotel-cleaning, or service experience is preferred.
Palkkaus ja edut
JPY 300,000-400,000 per month; JPY 285,000-380,000 during the trial period- A documented route from contract to permanent employment.
- Employee room discounts, social insurance, and commuting support up to JPY 20,000.
