Own Lean and continuous-improvement programs spanning KLAFS sauna manufacturing, logistics, and installation.

- Lead Lean and KVP initiatives across the value chain.
- Improve production, logistics, installation, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Establish 5S, Kaizen, value-stream analysis, KPIs, and shop-floor management.
Odotamme
- Industrial engineering or comparable degree.
- Production, Lean/KVP, and cross-functional project experience.
- Fluent German and English plus Microsoft Office and SAP skills.
