Keep the pools, saunas and wet areas at Bathhouse Berkeley Heights monitored, clean and well maintained across the day and evening.

Tehtävät

  • Monitor pools, hot and cold plunges, and wet areas to ensure guest safety.
  • Maintain constant visual surveillance and intervene when unsafe activity is observed.
  • Squeegee floors regularly to keep walkways dry, clean and slip-free.
  • Inspect pool areas, ladders, handrails and equipment for hazards and report issues promptly.
  • Assist with water testing as directed, logging results and notifying management of concerns.
  • Set up and tidy loungers, towels and amenities, and help with opening and closing the wet areas.
  • Respond calmly to emergencies and assist with basic first aid until further medical help arrives.

Odotamme

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid.
  • Valid Lifeguarding (Deep Water) or Shallow Water Lifeguarding certification not expiring within two months.
  • Certified Pool Operator certificate preferred.
  • Comfortable standing for long periods, reliable, punctual and professional.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
