Maintenance Supervisor
Coordinate AIRE Copenhagen's daily technical work and support the Maintenance Manager across preventive maintenance, repairs, water treatment, and facility safety.

- Coordinate the maintenance team's daily work and support safe, efficient facility operations.
- Execute and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance under company procedures and local regulations.
- Guide technicians through onboarding, training, development, and daily work organization.
- Monitor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and water-treatment systems, pool parameters, stock, and health-and-safety standards.
Odotamme
- Technical or vocational education in maintenance, electricity, mechanics, or a related field.
- At least two years of technical-maintenance experience, ideally in hospitality, leisure, pools, or a similar facility.
- Experience coordinating or supporting a technical team plus knowledge of electrical systems and general facility maintenance.
- Danish and a good level of English, with flexibility for occasional weekends or different shifts.
