Run Köthener Badewelt's front counter and guest-service channels across in-person, email, phone, and cash-system work.

Tehtävät

  • Welcome and assist bathing guests at the venue reception.
  • Respond to customers in person, by email, and by phone.
  • Operate the venue cash system and keep front-office work organised.

Odotamme

  • Customer and cash-handling knowledge.
  • Experience in a service role, especially hotel, reception, or front-office work.
  • Availability for shift work and a strong standard of organisation.
