Coordinate Narvi's domestic and international sales, customer service, order flow, marketing content, ecommerce, and sauna-heater brand support from its Rauma-area team.
Tehtävät
- Handle customer service, orders, and delivery coordination for domestic and international customers.
- Maintain website, ecommerce, company, and product materials while supporting sales-focused digital development.
- Create sales and marketing content and help organize trade fairs, customer events, communications, and brand work.
Odotamme
- Independent, responsible working style with strong organization, customer-service, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Relevant software and digital skills, with the ability to use AI in sales and marketing support; InDesign experience is helpful.
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English and readiness to work with the team on-site in Rauma; Swedish or German is helpful.
