Nordic Spa Lead Attendant
Lead the Spa Attendant team at Kananaskis Nordic Spa, holding cleanliness, quality and safety across the pools, saunas, steam rooms and locker rooms of an indoor-outdoor hydrothermal bathing circuit in the Alberta Rockies.

- Lead and support the Spa Attendant team to hold quality, cleanliness and safety across all Nordic Spa facilities.
- Monitor and maintain the physical environment, keeping it clean and organised throughout the shift.
- Ensure locker rooms are consistently spotless and fully stocked, and turn lockers from dirty to clean status in the system as quickly as possible.
- Conduct scheduled walk-throughs of the pool deck, relaxation spaces and fire pit to hold cleanliness standards.
- Check the cleanliness and temperature of the pools, steam rooms and saunas.
- Refill and restock guest amenities and laundry items in a timely manner.
- Complete deep-cleaning tasks as assigned and execute deliverables with little or no follow-up needed.
Odotamme
- One year of leadership experience in the hospitality or spa industry preferred.
- First aid certificates including CPR preferred.
- Excellent guest service, communication and organisational skills.
- Able to lift, move and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Highly self-motivated, highly organised and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work a variety of shifts across a 365-day operation, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable working outdoors in temperatures from -30°C to +30°C, with frequent standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 30 lbs.
