- Prepare pizza visibly in front of guests as part of the overall show-kitchen experience.
- Handle the preparation and production of the venue's pizzas through the daily service.
- Keep your section organised and ready for service.
- Work carefully and hold the venue's quality and hygiene standards.

- Very good knowledge of pizza preparation and confidence with dough and the oven.
- A reliable, clean and structured way of working.
- Enjoyment of working in front of guests and in direct contact with them.
- Teamworking and collegial cooperation.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
