Run the reception area at AIRE's London bathhouse, coordinating front-desk activity across the shift and guiding guests through the thermal experience.

Tehtävät

  • Greet, welcome, and escort guests to the different bath and treatment rooms.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails and coordinate front-desk activity for the shift.
  • Address guest questions and complaints and service amenities during waiting time.
  • Create sales opportunities by promoting and upselling AIRE experiences.

  • Flexible availability across mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Palkkaus ja edut

£13.68 / hour, plus 10% weekend and bank-holiday supplement, 25% overtime supplement, and tips
  • Permanent contract with 36 working hours per week.
  • Rotating shifts published at least two weeks ahead, capped at 8.5 hours including break.
