Own full-cycle recruiting for the operating teams behind AIRE Barcelona and AIRE Vallromanes thermal-bath destinations.

- Lead end-to-end recruiting, candidate experience, sourcing, ATS records, and hiring-manager partnership.
- Forecast workforce needs and build pipelines for AIRE's Barcelona and Vallromanes operating teams.
- Develop relationships with schools, employment agencies, and other talent sources.
Odotamme
- Two to three years of full-cycle recruiting and experience with applicant-tracking systems.
- Fluent written and spoken English, Spanish, and Catalan.
- Hospitality, wellness, retail, or lifestyle-brand recruiting experience is desirable.
Palkkaus ja edut
Compensation not publicly listed (EUR)- Permanent contract with three office days and two home-office days each week.
