Own AIRE Ancient Baths' Salesforce platform globally from the Barcelona head office, keeping it running and evolving for the commercial, operations and customer-service teams across the group's bath centres.

- Own the Salesforce platform globally, keeping it running, evolving and aligned with the needs of teams across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with commercial, operations and customer-service teams and turn business needs into platform solutions.
- Administer Service Cloud objects, flows, automations, data structures, roles, profiles and Lightning components.
Odotamme
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications are required.
- Two or more years managing Salesforce environments with hands-on Service Cloud experience.
- University degree or higher education in informatics.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Additional experience with APEX, ERP systems (preferably SAGE), Tableau and Marketing Cloud; background in tourism, hospitality, events or entertainment is a plus.
- Desirable: programming knowledge using VSCode and Git.
Palkkaus ja edut
EUR 30,000–35,000 / year (the employer's stated range)- Flexible hours starting between 08:00 and 10:00, half-day Fridays and two remote days per week.
