Sauna Master (m/f/d)
Lead two daily sauna infusions and a steam scrub while caring for guests and maintaining the Böglerhof's spa and sauna areas year-round.

- Lead two varied daily sauna infusions and a steam scrub using selected scents and infusion techniques.
- Guide spa guests and answer questions about the wellness area.
- Maintain saunas, relaxation rooms, pools, the swimming lake, and garden to the venue's hygiene and safety standards.
- Develop the sauna program with creative infusions and new ideas.
Odotamme
- Very good German (C1) and good English; complete application materials must be submitted in German.
- Independent, responsible, reliable guest service and comfort working in sauna environments.
- Previous upscale-hospitality or wellness sauna-attendant experience is preferred.
Palkkaus ja edut
Compensation stated as performance-based; no defensible EUR amount published- Permanent year-round work with full-time and part-time schedule models.
- Five-day week, digital time tracking, meals, monthly training, and nearby team accommodation.
