Plan, perform, and improve Aufguss and sauna-event programming for Therme Erding while protecting guest safety, hygiene, and experience standards.
Tehtävät
- Prepare and lead sauna infusions, rituals, and entertainment-oriented Aufguss sessions.
- Develop new sauna and event concepts with the operating team.
- Monitor safety, hygiene, guest behavior, and readiness across sauna areas.

- Completed Saunameister qualification and practical sauna-operation experience.
- Confident guest-facing presentation and physical comfort performing in heat.
- Strong hygiene, safety, teamwork, and service discipline.
