Take shift leadership of a KölnBäder bathing facility, running a safe and orderly baths operation and leading the team on shift across one of Cologne's largest and most modern public baths.

Tehtävät

  • Take professional leadership of a team on shift and keep the baths operation safe and running smoothly.
  • Hold the information flow between the shift team and the wider operation.
  • Work independently across the shift, taking responsibility for decisions on the floor.
  • Work the shift rota including weekends and public holidays.

  • Completed Fachangestellter für Bäderbetriebe qualification with several years of professional experience.
  • Social and communication skills, cooperation, flexibility, and teamwork.
  • Strong service orientation and an open, visitor-friendly manner.
