Security Guard (Ojo Caliente)
Protect Ojo Caliente's guests, employees, mineral-springs resort, spa, pools, and operating areas through patrols, monitoring, emergency response, and hospitality support.
Tehtävät
- Patrol resort grounds, departmental areas, entrances, parking, gates, and doors and monitor cameras and vehicle traffic.
- Respond to security, guest-conduct, medical, fire, and EMS calls and document incidents in shift reports and activity logs.
- Secure and patrol the spa and pools after closing, lock spa gates, cover pools, and operate yurt heaters or spa pumps as required.
- Inspect lighting and safety conditions and assist guests and employees with escorts, lockouts, directions, and other needs.
Odotamme
- High school diploma or GED; previous security, law-enforcement, or related experience is preferred.
- CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it upon hire.
- Strong observation, problem-solving, communication, confidentiality, integrity, and calm decision-making under pressure.
- Ability to patrol large areas, lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors on uneven terrain, and cover days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
