Own Workday, HRIS integrations, payroll consolidation, automation, data quality, and access controls for AIRE's global bathhouse workforce.

- Drive Workday configuration, roadmap, releases, modules, and global operating standards.
- Build integrations and automation across payroll, finance, and HR systems.
- Maintain global people-data structures, reporting flows, security, access, and compliance.
Odotamme
- Four or more years of hands-on Workday configuration and administration across HCM, time, absence, or similar modules.
- Workday certification or equivalent expertise plus HRIS-integration and process-automation experience.
- Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
Palkkaus ja edut
Compensation not publicly listed (EUR)- Permanent contract with three office days and two home-office days each week.
