Site Director (Relocation to US)
Lead an AIRE Ancient Baths site in the United States, with the final relocation market set by business needs and candidate fit.

- Own bathhouse operations, guest experience, financial objectives, local compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee pools, massage rooms, common spaces, technical equipment, maintenance, cleaning, supplies, and vendors.
- Lead department managers, budgets, reporting, hiring, training, and team performance.
Odotamme
- At least three years as a general manager in hospitality, wellness, or fitness and six years in leadership roles.
- Fluent English and Spanish and willingness to relocate within the United States.
- A relevant degree; opening experience and familiarity with spa facilities are preferred.
