Spa Supervisor
Supervise the spa and springs shift team at Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs: guest tours, lockers and private pools, opening and closing, and the standard of the springs and spa areas.

- Supervise spa team members on shift, in the absence of Spa Management, with coaching, training and performance feedback.
- Tour guests through the spa and escort them to their lockers and private pools.
- Open and close the spa on checklists and keep all areas of the springs and spa immaculate.
- Cover Spa Attendant duties as needed and direct guests in first-aid and emergency situations.
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns to Spa Management.
Odotamme
- Two years of spa experience with supervisory duties preferred.
- CPR certification preferred; high school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to work in heat and steam from the sauna and steam rooms, and outdoors in all weather.
- Able to stand and move for eight hours or more and handle laundry bins of 40 lb or more.
