Springs Ambassador (Ojo Caliente)
Host guests in the mineral-springs area at Ojo Caliente: explain the springs' conduct protocols, keep the pools and decks in order, and support the spa and springs managers on shift.

- Welcome guests to the springs area, explain the protocols of conduct and help them find their way around the pools.
- Skim the pools, keep pool decks free of debris, fill water stations and keep locker rooms, private pools and guest areas immaculate.
- Tour guests through the spa, springs and resort, and answer questions about spa appointments and private-pool bookings.
- Open and close the spa on checklists and cover Springs and Pool Attendant and locker-room cleaning duties as needed.
- Help supervise and coach shift team members alongside the other supervisors.
Odotamme
- One year of spa, springs or aquatic-facility experience preferred.
- CPR and First Aid preferred; English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Comfortable with spa information systems and standard office software.
