Stellvertretende SPA-Leitung (m/w/d)
Coordinate daily bathing, cash-desk, and sauna operations and lead assigned teams across TAUERN SPA's water and sauna world.

- Coordinate daily bathing, cash-desk, and sauna workflows.
- Protect operating standards, checklists, guest service, and cash closings.
- Lead assigned employees, support rosters and onboarding, and organise leave and sickness cover.
- Support events, revisions, complaints, and service improvement.
Odotamme
- Operational leadership experience in a thermal spa, public bath, leisure, spa, or service environment.
- Lifeguard qualification and first-aid training.
- German and English plus strong leadership and guest-service skills.
- Knowledge of bathing hygiene and safety standards is preferred.
Palkkaus ja edut
From EUR 3,400 per month for a 45-hour week, with qualification-based overpayment- Three complimentary meals daily, seven days per week.
