Lead aja Warnemünde's bathing, fitness, and sauna operation, including water quality, safety, hygiene, staffing, maintenance, and guest service.

- Organize and improve swimming-pool, fitness, and sauna operations and enforce hygiene and operating-safety standards.
- Monitor pool water quality, coordinate the bathing and sauna team, and plan staffing and trainee assignments.
- Organize children's swim courses and lead cleaning, maintenance, guest-service, and team-training work.
Odotamme
- Completed Fachangestellte/r für Bäderbetriebe training plus initial professional experience.
- Bronze lifesaving and current first-aid credentials, or willingness to refresh them at the employer's expense.
- Leadership, communication, team, child-and-adult guest-service, and operational-planning capability.

Compensation not publicly listed; up to EUR 2,000 gross starter bonus- Permanent contract and an employer-listed starter bonus of up to EUR 2,000 gross for qualifying full-time hires who remain at least eight months.
