Technischer Leiter (m/w/d)
Lead the technical operation of the Claudius Therme and the Neptunbad — their buildings, plant, maintenance planning, and technical projects.

- Hold strategic responsibility for the technical function across both bathing venues, identifying structural and technical defects and steering their repair.
- Coordinate external contractors and trades and deal directly with authorities, TÜV, insurers, architects, and the management.
- Write technical tenders, evaluate and award bids, and plan and run technical projects to budget and schedule.
- Lead a cross-site team of ten, maintain work, maintenance, and deployment plans, and keep technical documentation, inspection books, and maintenance records current and compliant.

- Completed trade or technical training in electrical, heating, sanitary, or air-conditioning (SHK) or comparable, ideally with a Meister, Techniker, or engineering degree.
- Sound practical skill and broad technical understanding of complex building plant.
- Experience leading a technical team and managing external trades and statutory inspections.
