Facilities Technician

Maintain Bathhouse Williamsburg's saunas, thermal pools, steam rooms, locker rooms, restaurant facility, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance across guest-facing systems.
• Troubleshoot facilities issues affecting saunas, thermal pools, steam rooms, and locker rooms.
• Coordinate with operations teammates to keep the venue safe, functional, and guest-ready.

Requirements

• Hands-on facilities, maintenance, trade, repair, or building-operations experience.
• Comfort with mechanical, plumbing, electrical, pool, HVAC, or similar systems.
• Availability for active service environments and physical maintenance work.

Compensation and benefits

$35-$40 / hr
