Responsibilities
- Own employee relations and policy execution across a growing footprint of locations.
- Interpret company policy and partner with site leadership on scaling into new markets.
- Coordinate departmental changes including promotions, transfers, equity adjustments, and restructures.
- Interview internal candidates, advise on hiring decisions, and determine equitable employment offers.
