Own new Telos sauna and ice-bath products from first sketch through prototype, supplier liaison, manufacturing notes, and final specification.

Responsibilities

• Develop a smaller indoor ice bath and a four-person hinoki sauna cabin.
• Work with the atelier team to resolve prototype and manufacturability questions.
• Create hand sketches and parametric CAD and coordinate details with heater, chiller, and component suppliers.

Requirements

• At least five years designing physical products manufactured at scale.
• Experience spanning timber, metal, and electrical components is preferred.
• Fluency in Rhino, Fusion, or another parametric design tool.
• Portfolio showing disciplined product judgment and comfort working with suppliers, makers, and customers.

Compensation and benefits

GBP £50,000–£65,000 per year plus profit share

• Profit share.
• Ownership of long-cycle sauna and cold-plunge product development.
• Atelier-based work with a minimum of three on-site days.
