IT Technical Support Specialist / IT & AI Specialist

Keep HUUM's internal IT systems running smoothly while leading AI tooling, automation, and process digitization from the Vahi industrial park office near Tartu.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily IT support requests, workplace technology, IT asset management, user accounts, and access rights.
• Analyze business processes with the team and map opportunities for digitization.
• Roll out AI policies, create AI agents and automations, develop SharePoint and internal tools, support baseline information security, and plan digital-tool budgets.

Requirements

• IT-related higher education and at least three years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Practical experience with AI tools, automations, AI agents, or no-code/low-code solutions.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, systematic working style, and ability to analyze business processes into practical digital solutions.
