Cook for TAUERN SPA's thermal-bath restaurants, running an assigned kitchen post across the resort's 20,000 m² water and sauna world.

Tehtävät

  • Take responsibility for an assigned kitchen post.
  • Carry out mise en place.
  • Cook menus and dishes to the venue's recipes and guidelines.
  • Keep the work area clean and observe HACCP hygiene rules.
  • Handle goods and kitchen inventory carefully.

Odotamme

  • A completed chef's apprenticeship, or a chef qualification within a tourism training programme.
  • Experience on individual kitchen posts.
  • German and English.
