Logistics Coordinator
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for Watkins Wellness' Cokato Manufacturing (Sauna360) team, keeping sauna products moving from suppliers to customers.

- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across LTL, FTL, parcel, expedited, customer-routed, and will-call orders.
- Monitor shipment activity, resolve delays and service disruptions, and work with carriers, warehouses, customers, and internal teams to meet delivery commitments.
- Act as a key contact for carriers, brokers, freight forwarders, customs partners, and 3PL warehouse providers.
- Maintain inventory visibility across company and third-party warehouse locations, run cycle counts, reconciliations, audits, and physical inventories, and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare and manage shipping, customs, delivery, and logistics documentation and support import and export activity.
- Review freight invoices, manage freight claims and disputes, analyse transportation costs and performance, and report on logistics and inventory.
Odotamme
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- At least two years in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
- Experience with domestic and international shipping and with 3PL warehouse operations and carrier management.
- Knowledge of freight claims, transportation administration, and shipping documentation.
- Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, reconciliation, and audits.
- Strong analytical, reporting, organisational, and data-management skills; manufacturing industry experience preferred.

$20.70–$32.45 / hour (the employer's stated hiring range)- Full-time role at the Sauna360 sauna manufacturing site in Cokato.
