Outdoor Activity Guide – Lakeside Sauna (3 roles)

Guide Experience Pyhä activities and take direct responsibility for heating and maintaining the resort's lakeside saunas during winter 2026–2027.

Responsibilities

• Heat and maintain the lakeside saunas.
• Guide guests, manage safety, service equipment, support transfers, and help maintain the resort.

Requirements

• Fluent English; Finnish is a significant advantage.
• B driving licence and readiness for outdoor, guiding, safety, and maintenance work.

Compensation and benefits

Approximately EUR 1,736–2,337 / month

• Three full-time seasonal roles from late November or early December through late March or early April.
