Shift Manager
New York, NY · Full-time · $67,000 / year total compensation + monthly bonus
Oversee the Flatiron bathhouse floor across guest services, amenities, therapies, restaurant, and housekeeping during each shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day oversight of guest services, amenities, therapies, restaurant, and housekeeping.
- Lead and support the team on the floor and uphold service standards throughout the shift.
- Keep the facility running smoothly and consistently for both guests and employees.
Requirements
- Experience managing multi-department hospitality or wellness operations.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to roughly 25-30 lbs.
- Availability for weekends and holidays as needed.
Compensation and benefits
$67,000 / year total compensation + monthly bonus
