Shift Manager

Oversee Bathhouse Williamsburg shift operations across guest services, amenities, therapies, restaurant, facilities, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations across departments so service stays smooth, safe, clean, and efficient.
• Support team leads, opening and closing routines, guest recovery, cash handling, checklists, and shift reporting.
• Coach teammates, maintain operating protocols, and escalate maintenance, safety, inventory, and guest-experience issues.

Requirements

• Two to four years of hospitality, wellness, spa, fitness, hotel, restaurant, or retail leadership experience.
• Experience supervising teams during active floor operations, opening, closing, or shift management.
• Comfort with POS, scheduling, daily reporting, and evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.

$67k / yr + monthly bonus
