Lead the Sachsen Therme technical operation across water treatment, building systems, utilities, safety, maintenance, modernization, and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the technical department and ensure reliable operation of all technical systems.
- Own heating, ventilation, sanitation, electrical, maintenance, repair, inspection, and documentation workflows.
- Coordinate contractors and contribute to modernization projects and technical optimization.
Requirements
- Technical trade qualification such as SHK, electrical, or mechatronics plus technician or master-craft certification.
- Several years of leadership experience in building services, facility management, or comparable technical operations.
- Working knowledge of water treatment and HVAC/HLS plus flexibility for on-call work.
