Central Spa is hiring a management candidate to oversee public-bathing operations across its 湯けむりの庄 and 湯けむりの里 venues in Tokyo and Kanagawa.

Tehtävät

  • Oversee guest service, cleaning, equipment, hygiene, compliance, and daily facility operations.
  • Manage sales, gross profit, staffing, recruitment, risk, complaints, and operational improvement.
  • Protect the guest experience and brand across multiple bathhouse and sauna venues.

Odotamme

  • University education and prior management experience.
  • Experience improving sales or operational KPIs and developing staff.

Palkkaus ja edut

JPY 600,000 or more per month; JPY 550,000 during the trial period
