Central Spa is hiring a management candidate to oversee public-bathing operations across its 湯けむりの庄 and 湯けむりの里 venues in Tokyo and Kanagawa.
Responsibilities
- Oversee guest service, cleaning, equipment, hygiene, compliance, and daily facility operations.
- Manage sales, gross profit, staffing, recruitment, risk, complaints, and operational improvement.
- Protect the guest experience and brand across multiple bathhouse and sauna venues.
Requirements
- University education and prior management experience.
- Experience improving sales or operational KPIs and developing staff.
Compensation and benefits
JPY 600,000 or more per month; JPY 550,000 during the trial period
- More than 120 annual days off.
