Method

What this index counts

This is a current inventory snapshot of active, reviewed global-market job campaigns on SaunaJobs. It is not a government labor-force estimate and does not claim to measure every unposted job in the industry. Finland-only public-bathing and aquatic roles are intentionally excluded from English global counts.

One campaign counts as one role even when an employer may hire several people. Employer, country, pay, work-mode, employment-type, and work-setting totals are calculated from structured listing fields. A missing field means incomplete coverage, not zero activity.

Category pages explain the classification system. The primary family captures the main domain, while normalized titles and overlays capture product, engineering, editorial, scheduling, guest operations, systems, credentials, languages, asset class, and risk environment.
