Director of Finance

Lead finance, manufacturing-cost, inventory, planning, and decision support for Harvia North America and Almost Heaven Saunas.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, reporting, forecasting, controls, and business-partner support for North American operations.
• Lead cost accounting, bills of material, inventory analysis, and manufacturing-performance insight.
• Partner with supply chain and operating leaders on margins, capital, working capital, and growth decisions.

Requirements

• Eight or more years of progressive finance experience plus a relevant degree.
• Manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory, and FP&A depth.
• Leadership ability across a multi-site sauna manufacturing business.
