Wellness Ambassador

Support Portal Thermaculture's Austin social contrast-therapy club through guest hosting, sauna and cold-plunge operations, front desk flow, and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain club guidelines, and support a safe contrast-therapy experience.
• Tend wood-fired saunas, monitor cold plunges, reset spaces, and maintain spa-level cleanliness.
• Manage check-ins, booking systems, payments, guest questions, and event support during active shifts.

Requirements

• Hospitality-minded communication and comfort in a physically active guest-facing role.
• Reliability, detail orientation, and calm awareness around fire, water, and guest safety.
• Experience with wood-fired saunas or water care is helpful.

Compensation and benefits

$20 / hr
