Guest Service Ambassadors

Welcome World Spa members and guests, support arrivals, and help visitors navigate the Brooklyn bathhouse's traditional wellness rooms and services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and support check-in, wayfinding, and service questions.
• Introduce guests to World Spa's traditional wellness rooms, food, drink, treatment, and facility offerings.
• Support a polished, welcoming service environment across a multi-floor spa operation.

Requirements

• Hospitality, spa, restaurant, wellness, or customer-service interest.
• Comfort supporting guests in a busy bathhouse and spa environment.
• Clear communication and team orientation across guest-facing departments.

Compensation and benefits

$20-$22 / hr
