Own finance and operating administration for Telos's sauna, ice-bath, and plunge-tub manufacturing business on a three-day schedule.

- Run monthly close, management accounts, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and board reporting.
- Coordinate VAT returns, payroll, people administration, and work with the external accountant.
- Maintain accurate finance and operations systems across the sauna product business.
Odotamme
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of post-qualification finance experience in a small business.
- Comfort with Xero, Shopify, payroll systems, and detail-heavy operations.
Palkkaus ja edut
GBP £45,000–£55,000 full-time equivalent for a three-day week- Purpose-designed three-day workweek.
- Fully remote work within the UK.
- One Cotswolds atelier day each month.
