Finance & Operations Manager · Remote (UK), part-time

Own finance and operating administration for Telos's sauna, ice-bath, and plunge-tub manufacturing business on a three-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly close, management accounts, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and board reporting.
• Coordinate VAT returns, payroll, people administration, and work with the external accountant.
• Maintain accurate finance and operations systems across the sauna product business.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of post-qualification finance experience in a small business.
• Comfort with Xero, Shopify, payroll systems, and detail-heavy operations.

Compensation and benefits

GBP £45,000–£55,000 full-time equivalent for a three-day week
