Serve guests in Thyme, the all-day restaurant at Alba's geothermal bathing sanctuary on the Mornington Peninsula, and in the private bathing areas and spa lounge, on a casual rotational roster.

Tehtävät

  • Provide food and beverage service to guests in the restaurant (Thyme), the private bathing areas and the spa lounge.
  • Greet and seat guests, explain menu items and take food and beverage orders.
  • Advise guests on the beverage menu, which features local wines, spirits and cocktails.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team.

Odotamme

  • An RSA certificate.
  • Experience in a similar environment.
  • Weekend availability including Saturdays, across a rotational roster.
  • Strong communication skills and a guest-centred, team-player attitude.
