- Lead shift managers and department teams across the full bathhouse operation.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, revenue, inventory, vendor relationships, and operational reporting.
- Protect guest-service, cleanliness, safety, training, and workplace standards across every department.
Odotamme
- About five years as a general manager or assistant general manager.
- Hospitality, spa, wellness, or restaurant leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong team development, cost management, reporting, problem-solving, and guest-recovery skills.
